When a person is fat, he or she lose confidence when  meeting  people (friends or relatives) and it is a bit  in convenient when people advice to  reduce weight. Being fat can affect one’s self-esteem, it is also harmful to one’s health. The extra fat in your body can get  diseases easily. High blood pressure, diabetes and heart attack are few examples from the list of diseases when a person is over weighted. eating  lot of junk food,  fried  food, ice creams ..etc  makes a person  abnormal fat
Person   becomes fat   due to boredom, depression, lack of exercise, lack of rest, improper diet   lack  of sleep and hypothyroidism Stress and hypertension, Genetics It is very hard to remove excess or abdominal fat especially,

1. Make a time table to eat  at right time and  healthy food.
2. Get  proper  sleep  minimum 7-8 hours  a day.

5. Drink  8-10 glasses of water  daily.
